Since it is impossible to attract state support for the implementation of the project together with foreign banks, then there is doubt about the expediency of the alleged relationships with them. Although the involvement in large Russian projects relatively inexpensive foreign funds would be very effective in this situation.
PPP is considered as a profitable business for both the private investor and for the state, despite the fact that it is still in the stage of formation.
