An additional exam for labor migrants has been introduced in Russia
The procedure for passing exams for labor migrants has been approved. Now they will need to take exams not only in history and the Russian language, but also on the political and not only the structure of the Russian Federation.
Testing will consist of four parts.
The first part – migrants should have the reading skills of all kinds of signs, signs, etc. P., That is, small texts. Must also correctly fill out questionnaires, understand small dialogs (a threshold is installed in about 850 words).
The second part is questions about the key moments of Russian history, national traditions and basic religions.
The third part is the basic knowledge of the Constitution. T. e. system, power, concepts of multi -party, law and freedom of citizens.
The fourth part is legal. T. e. Citizens coming to work should focus on administrative and criminal liability.
The Ministry of Education and Science will soon approve the list of educational institutions that will have the right to conduct such exams. Foreign citizens will have to submit written or electronic applications themselves for passing the exam, according to the results of the successful delivery of which a certificate will be issued. Its presence makes it possible to get a job in Russia legally. The presence of a certificate for the new exam will be mandatory from January 1.
