Atyrau region of Kazakhstan is known for natural reserves. She even hit the regional emblem. Until recently, fish in the region only caught in, exploiting natural wealth. Today, when the fish livestock has been reduced many times, talking about a complete ban on sturgeon fishing.
Five years ago, the peasant farm “Atyrau Agroomimoderi” for the first time in Kazakhstan decided to engage in commodity production of relict fish fish. The beginning laid one pond. Today there are already four of them, with a total area of 11 hectares. More than 40 thousand sturgeon individuals live in the ponds.
In the ponds where water comes from the Ural river, sturgeon fish feel great. Over the past time, Sevryuga gained weight to seven kilograms, beluga and sturgeon – up to 10. The dimensions of individual giants reach 120 cm. Nobody feeds sturgeon in summer, grabs a fish trifle coming with water. In winter, they give a fish minced meat twice a day. The farm expects that the stitching weight is walking up the commodity of the next year, sturgeons and spike-after two to three years.
As you know, in the pursuit of valuable black caviar, poachers destroy a huge amount of fish of rare sturgeons. The plans of the fishing for fishing by the eggs by milking, when the caviar is squeezed out of the stroke or beluga through a small incision, and the sturgeon itself is again produced in the pond.
