Until the authorities create the necessary conditions for construction in the Perm Territory, it will not develop. This conclusion was reached by the participants in the meeting of the round table, which was held by the Federal Press press center on September 9. The main problems that drew the discussion at the round table were the lack of clear plans in construction, interaction among entrepreneurs in the field of construction and, in addition, the provision of land for development in the absence of infrastructure.
The main theme of the round table raised on the round table was the inaccessibility of housing intended for the bulk of the inhabitants. Denis Kornilov, head of the sales department at the Perspective company, has the opinion that the provision of land plots that allocate for development would significantly reduce the cost of a square meter of housing when building in low -rise construction. “In Bashkiria, the cost of one square meter in a new low-rise building is in the range of 8-12 thousand rubles. In this regard, the government has developed an appropriate program for those who need to improve housing conditions, ”said Kornilov. – But what prevents us from creating a similar program with us? To date, on the market, the price per square meter cannot drop below the bar of 27 thousand rubles, and most of the costs are related to the supply of infrastructure ”.
