Recently Igor Nikonov – President of the company “To.BUT.N. Development ”in his interview with the Kyiv newspaper Business Capital stated that in the next two years the construction of a new business center will begin in Kyiv, which will be called“ Victory Towers ”and will be the highest building in Ukraine. Actually, the company “to.BUT.N. Development “will be engaged in the implementation of this project.
According to Nikonov, the volume of investments invested in the project for the construction of a skyscraper, which will be located at the intersection of Borshchagovskaya Street and Airoflotsky Prospekt, will be about three hundred million American dollars.
Nikonov also emphasized that the company received permission to build a fifty four -story complex in December of the year before last. And last year it was reported that for the implementation of the project, the company “to.BUT.N. Development “is engaged in the search for co -investors. The necessary investments were then estimated at two hundred and seventy million American dollars.
According to the preliminary plan, the total area of the Kyiv skyscraper will be two hundred ninety -two thousand square meters. The new business center will consist of two nearby buildings-Bashen and Parking, designed for one thousand two hundred car places. The first thirty floors will be given to office premises, and hotels and their apartments will be located above. In total, the construction of a new Kyiv complex should take about four years.
Recall that earlier the Ukrainian metropolitan media reported that in Ukraine the highest building was to be the new skyscraper “Mirax Plaza”. Its construction was engaged in a subsidiary belonging to the Mirax Group corporation, which is owned by Sergey Polonsky. However, in the year before last, due to the crisis, the project of the forty-six-story tower had to freeze.
