The governor of the Sverdlovsk region at the beginning of the year outlined his plans, according to which he intends to build almost 2 million in the region. “Squares” housing, half of which will have to be for individual and low -rise buildings. However, the construction community can doubt his words, because last year only 668 thousand were built from the promised 750 thousand “squares” of low -rise buildings.
In 2010, in the total region, 1 million 750 thousand square meters of living space were built and put into operation – this figure became possible mainly thanks to Yekaterinburg, where more than 1 million square meters were built. The regional center most of all requested federal money for the purchase of housing for the preferential category of citizens: veterans and military. In addition, the retreating crisis allowed to complete the construction of many frozen objects. In the same year there are few such objects, volumes promise to be significantly lower. As noted by Mikhail Zherebtsov, Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, the numbers voiced by the governor are quite real, although it will be difficult to fulfill plans without additional efforts. According to him, according to the requirements of the President of the Russian Federation, by 2010, regions will be required to build 1 square meter of housing per year per year, therefore, the Sverdlovsk region will have to “surrender” almost 5 million “squares”. That is why work needs to be started now, preparing areas for construction, developing plans, and creating projects. This year, the regional program for the development of the construction of low -rise residential buildings also starts this year. About 276 million rubles will be allocated, only in which regions they will go is unknown, for this an analysis of “demand” will be carried out. Money is needed to prepare areas for development and writing projects.
