Russia is a country with many problems. Some of them are discussed daily, they seemed to be forgotten about many others.
But, according to the good old tradition, as soon as the state needs a more or less viable electorate (so, to hang out in polling stations-dust from the European Union to the eyes of the European Union), something is not, no, and it pops up. So MNPPROMTORG suddenly recalled the need to eliminate the military-chemical plants of Volgograd, the Sverdlovsk and Tula regions, as well as the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Applied chemistry
For a long time we have not been produced by chemical weapons, so because? However, the plants safely continue to exist, threatening the lives of millions and so already dying Russians. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, of course, swore that the problem of “forgotten” enterprises has been worried about it for a long time, but before that the situation was under control, and now has grown into a critical.
Like the winter that occurs suddenly every year, tons of toxic garbage and explosive raw materials unexpectedly for everyone began to pose a threat to people, citizens and generally all living things within a radius of several kilometers.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade requested about 16 billion rubles. 75% of the amount is supposed to be spent on the liquidation of Khimprom OJSC in Volgograd. I must say that this plant has been “expelled” for several decades. The essence of this “liquidation” is simple – into a hole dug 200 meters from the channel of the Volga, systematically drained waste and the remains of chemical production components. To date, 1 has already accumulated.5 million cubic meters of toxic substances ready at any time to leak into one of the largest rivers of European territory. How dangerous this is clearly demonstrated by a small incident at the factory in the 60s, when several hundred people were injured.
Time bomb
Aleksinsky chemical plant, located near Tula, can please the residents of the district in a slightly different way. After all, more than 200 thousand tons of raw materials were buried on its territory for the production of explosives. Gradually, the explosive mixture rotates, turning into concentrate of cellulose nitrates. Of course, this is not a chemical weapon, and not nuclear, but if it tears, the power will be quite comparable to the Hiroshima sample of the 45th year.
The Yenisei plant, located in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, is in a situation of similar. True, if the Tula burial is located on the outskirts, the Yenisei stands in the industrial zone, among quite functioning enterprises. So, an explosion can cover 10 thousand people at once. The potential damage from the Krasnoufimal Hexogenic Plant, more precisely, from its rotten remnants, was no longer calculated in people, but in rubles, and it amounted to 70 billion.
And don’t think that there are only four such chemical and explosive burial grounds. Almost every region of Russia has its own dark secrets. They try not to talk about this, because this is a costly thing, and the panic is superfluous to anything. But the fact remains – once the population of our country may have nothing to drink and there is nothing to breathe. But I have never heard about the offers of air imports.
