One of the burning problems of our city today remains the employment of workers from liquidated enterprises. How to find a job in Little Donetsk? Where to go to work and at the same time not to stay in the lining?
It is very difficult to find answers to these vital questions. And you need to find. After all, every person who has lost his job has a family, children. In addition, some have other financial obligations (for example, the need to pay bank loans and t. D.)
But how not to be mistaken in employment? How not to repeat other people’s mistakes, which are difficult to call mistakes?
In connection with the foregoing, I really want to tell the story of the employment of former miners who resigned from the Morch “Western” Doncox OJSC under the article “Coordination of the parties”.
So, having run in plenty of in search of work on the relatives and acquaintances of the workers of the shift method in Moscow, the Krasnodar Territory, other corners of our country, members of the friendly mining brigade stopped in the capital of our Motherland. The fact is that from there they were called a fellow countryman who works in one construction company. He reported that strong working hands are required there. Without hesitation, our Cossacks bought tickets for the nearest train and went to Belokamennaya.
They were hired in Moscow, but with a big “creak”. Like, a lot of you came! Then, looking at how diligently for 12 hours the Donetsk men dig trenches for metropolitan communications (and completely without ramers), the master and the foreman accepted them, promised to call them to the next shift (15 days), and then, after eight days, released on holidays.
Starting officially, having worked the named time in Moscow, the former miners with a calm soul left home in Donetsk. They told their loved ones about the difficulties of the capital’s life. After all, the Donetsk residents lived in a low-constrained hostel, where there is no kitchen and on all five floors there is a single shower.
Worked daily from eight in the morning to eight in the evening. We got to the place of work and back for an hour and a half (first by train metro, then by bus). Got up at five in the morning, lay down after midnight. They ate mainly “anatomists” and stew. But all this, according to them, of course, are trifles. They found a job!!!
But it was not there. After the holidays, the former miners in Donetsk awaited the promised call to the labor watch. Yes, so they didn’t wait for him. One day they called them from the company and regretted that the facility was previously planned will not yet be built, which means that the construction organization does not need workers, and most likely it is necessary to terminate the contract with recently adopted.
Nothing to do. Thought the Donetsk people thought and decided to go to pay. And before that they came up with one little trick. They called the personnel department of the same construction organization and asked the question: “Do you have free vacancies today?“Yes,” answered a pleasant female voice, “come to us, please, please”.
Here to take, and think: “But is it specially created a scam for nonresident simpletons, who, headlong, go for a thousand kilometers in the hope of earn a daily for bread?””
This can probably only find out the court. But who will engage in this lawsuit, and even in was given from home, and even without enough funds?
By the way, about the latter. When calculating at their own free will (and no one would have given out work books in a different way) from the earned 10 thousand rubles from each calculated two thousand for living in a hostel, two more for overalls. The remaining crumbs did not give out in their arms, citing the fact that after the 20th, the salary would be transferred to plastic cards. It will be possible to pick up the latter only after the 25th. But is it worth it to believe in it?..
Arriving in their hometown, the unemployed again took care of the search for work. One of them at random went to the Krasnodar Territory, the rest began to draw up a medical card necessary for hiring. But whether the miners will find her in the nearest? I really want them to be lucky, and so that such a story is not repeated with someone else ..
