The media of the city are literally full of messages of messages, one way or another associated with one interesting state procurement, which recently appeared on the corresponding site. And it seems like a ordinary event, if not for a few nuances.
The nuances go on a series, clinging to each other. There was a tender for the purchase of two VW Passat B7 cars or analogues for the needs of the MBU “Medorechye” – this is an office that, as it turned out, owns the garage of the administration. I will not delve into the essence, but apparently, the sovereign people throw small questions from their financialist, so as not to distract staff from more global achievements.
The public’s mind was stirred by the fact that the starting price of nearly 2 million rubles was announced for the purchase. And where did this money come from in the budget at the end of the year? Not otherwise than the fathers of the people decided to pull them from some other budget article!
And a series of warlike comments rushed, they say they are such, but molotny. An extraordinary meeting of the City Duma brought some clarity to the question, which nevertheless explained what for the money. By the way, for some reason the new PR manager for some reason forgot to invite to a meeting of the media of the city… Either did not want, or did not give – not the essence.
So: these money, as it turned out, was won in the competition for the effectiveness of municipal management. OK. That is, their administration won, they entered the budget, and decided to spend them, practically putting the deputies before the fact – the meeting took place after the placement of the state procurement. Like, we thought here, and I decided. It turns out that the opinion of the deputies asked purely formally – it seems like you need.
Such a raking of garbage floating on the surface allowed the townspeople to look a little deeper into the situation. But, as it turned out, and this did not change the position of people – the city has a lot of problems, the solution of which could be allowed this money. And cars, to be honest, you could get easier. Or cheaper, but more – it requires replacing 6 cars in the garage.
What is again interesting – the administration’s employees, showing high qualifications and bringing the victory in the competition, actually threw themselves on cars to their bosses. I would at least be a minimum if I were in the role of an employee. But to argue with the authorities is fraught. And with dumb consent of all and the entire purchase, apparently, will take place.
The question is final and the main thing: why, until the last moment, such a terrible secret has been made of this, as if not simple cars were bought for officials, but at least the secret latest combat vehicles, the existence of which the whole world did not suspect? Here in this particular case, silence is not gold, but rather, the picking of the hemorrhoid. After all, more than once will remind the workers’ figures of such a gift for themselves. Well, it is not for me to judge, nevertheless.
In general, let’s see how everything will happen. But you can congratulate the urban administration on the acquisition in advance. Soft train, gentlemen, managers and earthly bow to you for our happy existence
